Is it possible to escape inner turmoil? Is it possible to break away when life becomes hectic due to information overload? Peace seems elusive but easy to achieve if we seek it. We find ourselves distracted, preoccupied, and unfocused because everything around us vies for attention. We become confused, eventually, sidetracked, or worse, derailed. Then life challenges confront us and force us to take a harder look at what we are doing with the time we have. We become lost in thought, more often than not thoughts of uncertainty and insecurity prevail. This leads us to a worried, and anxious state only to lose much-needed rest. The rest that can bring in the peace we need.
EMPOWERED TO CREATE PEACE OF MIND
It’s possible to rest because it’s a choice. We choose to take the time to unwind, relax to recharge. It’s important to note, when we find ourselves off track. To notice when a predicament provoked discomfort, an event led to nervousness, or an incident created nothing but confusion. It’s important to see the signs. Whatever happened became not only the catalyst for change but turned into a profound life lesson. The lesson not only helped us to grow but to achieve spiritual maturity. Appreciate you have within the power to overcome.
FROM A PLACE OF LOVE WE ARE FILLED WITH PEACE
Calm is always present but we must learn to cultivate and nurture it. It’s important to preserve peace at home, at work, within relationships, within us. Because that’s where it originates, within you. Peace rests within our hearts, within our minds, and within our thoughts. When you live from your heart you let love shine through and it will usher the peace desired.
Love and peace of mind do protect us. They allow us to overcome the problems that life hands us. They teach us to survive… to live now… to have the courage to confront each day.
Place trust in Divine guidance and timing. Move away from the disbelief and willingly step into believing everything has a way of working out. Perhaps we don’t understand everything now, but in time, everything will make sense. This won’t be the first and it will not be the last. Everyone experiences trials, difficulties, and problems. However, it’s important to recognize, you aren’t alone. Everyone has issues to overcome and setbacks to surmount. Stuff happens. What matters is how you handle what you’re dealt. You are in control of how you think, feel, and respond. It’s about the choices we make in response to the conditions we face and how we choose to proceed during a time of spirited resistance.
